This role serves as a hands-on SME responsible for development, troubleshooting, and mentoring team members on QNXT membership data structures and workflows.<\/p><p><strong>*This is a technical developer role, not a functional superuser position.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>8-10 years of hands-on QNXT development experience<\/strong>, with consistent focus on <strong>Membership and Enrollment<\/strong><\/li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>QNXT membership data models<\/strong>, including <strong>underlying tables, relationships, and dependencies<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Advanced SQL<\/strong> skills (developer-level; complex queries, analysis, and troubleshooting)<\/li><li><strong>5+ years of commercial health plan requirements gathering<\/strong><\/li><li>Proven ability to analyze, identify, and resolve <strong>data and structural issues within QNXT<\/strong><\/li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex QNXT concepts clearly<\/li><\/ul><p><strong> <\/strong><strong>Nice-to-Have<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Experience <strong>mentoring or training<\/strong> developers on QNXT Membership and Enrollment concepts<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Act as a <strong>QNXT Membership &amp; Enrollment SME<\/strong>, supporting development and platform stability<\/li><li>Review, analyze, and correct <strong>membership and enrollment data issues<\/strong> within QNXT<\/li><li>Apply deep knowledge of QNXT table structures to troubleshoot and optimize solutions<\/li><li>Partner with business and technical teams during <strong>commercial requirements gathering<\/strong><\/li><li>Train and guide team members on how <strong>Membership and Enrollment functions within QNXT<\/strong><\/li><li>Support the ongoing development of a strong QNXT Membership &amp;
