This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\u2011paced environment, excels at managing parallel deadlines, ensuring deliverables move where they need to go accurately, efficiently, and on time.<\/p><p>The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting operations, a solid understanding of the audit and tax process, and the ability to lead staff while driving structure, clarity, and accountability across workflows.
