{"id":120216,"date":"2026-01-23T22:11:44","date_gmt":"2026-01-23T22:11:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/t200jp_1769206304-accounts-payable-specialist-philadelphia-pennsylvania\/"},"modified":"2026-01-24T04:49:12","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T04:49:12","slug":"t200jp_1769206304-accounts-payable-specialist-philadelphia-pennsylvania","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/t200jp_1769206304-accounts-payable-specialist-philadelphia-pennsylvania\/","title":{"rendered":"Accounts Payable Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/T200JP_1769206304\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Our client in Philadelphia is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist on a temp to perm basis:<\/p><h3><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p>Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with company policies.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files, documentation, and financial records.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Assist with month\u2011end closing activities, including accruals and AP reporting.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address questions, obtain approvals, and resolve issues.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payment of all obligations.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><p>High school diploma required;
