This role offers early responsibility, strong mentorship, and exposure to sophisticated disputes, with a billable expectation around 1750 and competitive compensation.<\/p><div><p>This role supports a lean, trial-forward litigation team and offers hands-on experience across the lifecycle of complex matters. The work will focus on IP litigation, with an emphasis on patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition and complex commercial litigation across a variety of industries, and in federal courts nationwide. <\/p><p>Qualified candidates will have <strong>1-4 years<\/strong> of related complex litigation experience and excellent credentials. Experience with a comparable boutique or large firm is preferred.
