The team values organization, analytical rigor, and seamless execution across all phases of the investment lifecycle.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><h1><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><\/span><\/h1><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The Analyst, Transaction Management plays a central role in coordinating all stages of real estate transactions while supporting the underwriting and financial analysis that drives investment decisions. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail\u2011oriented, deadline\u2011driven professional who enjoys both operational coordination and analytical work.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><h1><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h1><h2><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Transaction Management &amp; Coordination <\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Serve as the central point of contact for all transaction stakeholders: internal teams, escrow\/title, lenders, brokers, attorneys, consultants, and sellers.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Manage and maintain transaction checklists, diligence trackers, timeline calendars, and closing documentation.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Track and enforce all deal deadlines, contingencies, lender requirements, and critical path items to ensure timely closings.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Coordinate the collection, review, and secure distribution of due diligence materials including financials, property reports, insurance, estoppels, SNDAs, surveys, and organizational documents.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Facilitate signature routing and ensure proper execution and archival of all legal\/closing documents.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Prepare weekly status updates for senior leadership, highlighting risks, outstanding items, and timeline shifts.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support onboarding of newly acquired assets by coordinating with accounting, operations, asset management, and third\u2011party property managers.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ensure transaction files remain organized, complete, and audit\u2011ready, maintaining data integrity across shared platforms.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h1><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Financial Analysis &amp; Modeling<\/strong><\/span><\/h1><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Build and maintain detailed Excel underwriting models for acquisitions and dispositions, including return metrics, cash flows, and scenario analyses.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assist with investment memorandums and presentations for investment committee and capital partners.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform market studies (rent comps, sales comps, demographic research) in support of underwriting and portfolio strategy.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support due diligence by analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, historical performance, and operational KPIs.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Track asset performance, flag variances, and contribute to hold\/sell analysis and long\u2011range planning.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintain internal databases related to pipeline tracking, transaction comps, underwriting assumptions, and deal benchmarking.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h1><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/h1><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in <strong>Finance, Real Estate, Economics<\/strong>, Business, or related field.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">1-5 years of experience in <strong>transaction coordination<\/strong>, <strong>real estate underwriting<\/strong>, <strong>escrow\/title<\/strong>, acquisitions, lending, or related function.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Strong proficiency in <strong>Excel<\/strong&gt;;
