The firm&#8217;s work is mostly focused on probate litigation, with additional work handling estate planning and some criminal defense matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer attorney who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and a sustainable work-life balance.<\/p><p>Responsibilities:<\/p><ul><li>Handle probate litigation matters from intake through resolution alongside the firm owner<\/li><li>Assist with estate planning and probate administration matters<\/li><li>Support select criminal defense matters<\/li><li>Work closely with support staff and attorneys in a highly collaborative environment<\/li><li>Interact directly with clients from a wide range of backgrounds<\/li><\/ul><p>Qualifications:<\/p><ul><li>Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia<\/li><li>Self-starter who is comfortable figuring things out independently as needed, while also receptive to training and feedback<\/li><li>Open-minded and adaptable<\/li><li>Excellent communication skills<\/li><\/ul><p>Compensation is commensurate with experience.
