We have an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to work for our client on a 5-month contract basis, with the potential to be converted to a permanent, full-time employee. This Payroll Specialist will work directly with the decision-makers and executive team. What better way to learn and do more than to work with the powers that be?!<\/p>

This Payroll Specialist will be responsible for assisting with:
– Processing payroll for employees
– Handling payroll discrepancies and inquiries
– Maintaining accurate payroll records
– Assisting with payroll tax compliance
– Various related ad-hoc projects, including possibly assisting with a system implementation<\/p>

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is preferred
– 1+ years of payroll processing experience
– Comfortable working in Excel
– Experience with payroll systems preferred<\/p>
