This role is ideal for nurses with surgical or trauma\u2011based experience who excel in fast\u2011paced clinical environments and enjoy working directly alongside surgeons in orthopedic and related procedures.<\/span><\/h1><hr \/><h2>Why Join Us<\/h2><ul><li>Consistent Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30am-4:30pm &#8211; no nights, weekends, or on\u2011call<\/li><li>Comprehensive benefits package, including full medical coverage (Blue Cross Blue Shield)<\/li><li>Quarterly profit\u2011share program and paid continuing education<\/li><li>Supportive clinical environment with opportunities to cross\u2011train across pre\u2011op, OR, and PACU<\/li><li>Great fit for candidates with trauma or ER backgrounds looking to transition into surgical nursing<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h2><ul><li>Provide nursing care throughout pre\u2011operative, perioperative, and PACU phases for outpatient surgical procedures<\/li><li>Complete and document telephone pre\u2011admission assessments and prepare patients for same\u2011day surgery<\/li><li>Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers, supporting room turnover, sterile practices, and efficient surgical flow<\/li><li>Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a safe, compliant, and high\u2011functioning ASC environment<\/li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>Requirements<\/h2><ul><li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program<\/li><li>Active RN license (North Carolina or compact eligibility)<\/li><li>Minimum one year of surgical nursing experience, including OR, perioperative, PACU, trauma, or ER surgical exposure<\/li><li>PACU experience required<\/li><li>Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications<\/li><li>Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in high\u2011acuity or procedural settings<\/li><\/ul><\/div><p> <\/p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/cGhhcm1hbnljLjg0OTQ4LjEyNTg0QGJlYWNvbmhpbGwuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\">\r\n\r\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">NHC &#8211;
