This is a newly created position reporting to the Director of Human Resources. This position will support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs for a manufacturing workforce of approximately 200 employees. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, cost management, and effective communication of benefits to both hourly and salaried employees across plant and office environments. The Benefits Analyst partners closely with HR, payroll, finance, and external vendors to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant benefits administration.<\/p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, workers&#8217; compensation coordination, and wellness programs<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA) and company policies<\/li><li>Manage benefits eligibility, enrollment, life event changes, and terminations for hourly and salaried employees<\/li><li>Coordinate COBRA administration and leave-related benefits with third-party vendors<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Analyze benefits utilization, costs, and trends;
