If you are seeking the opportunity for internal growth in you social services career, this is for you!<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday &#8211; Friday &#8211; 40 hours per week, 8:30a-4:30p or 9a-5p<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Job Summary: <\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">As part of the Support Services Team, work with all aspects of the program, including outreach, community referrals, Rapid Resolution, intake and assessment, case management, rapid housing and housing stabilization. Develop relationships with landlords and property managers for permanent housing placement and retention. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> <\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Required Qualifications: <\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Services or related field <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1+ years community case management experience required<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Must understand and have ability to work with Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care best practices. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $23.00 &#8211;
