Our client is looking for experience sourcers specializing in nursing and clinical talent pipelines to support high\u2011volume hiring needs for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Advanced Practice Providers, and other clinical roles. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the healthcare labor market, creative sourcing expertise, and the ability to engage passive candidates in competitive environments.<\/p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p><p>Talent Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development<\/p><ul><li>Proactively source RNs and clinical nursing talent through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, online communities, associations, nursing schools, and referral networks.<\/li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard\u2011to\u2011fill specialties (e.g., ICU, ER, OR, Labor &amp; Delivery, Home Health, Behavioral Health).<\/li><li>Identify and engage passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs.<\/li><li>Conduct initial outreach, candidate screening, and qualification to assess clinical experience, licensure, shift preferences, and alignment with role requirements.<\/li><\/ul><p>Market Research &amp; Strategy<\/p><ul><li>Monitor local and national nursing labor market trends, competitive organizations, compensation benchmarks, and location\u2011specific supply\/demand.<\/li><li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and improve pipeline quality.<\/li><li>Provide regular pipeline reporting and insights on sourcing performance, candidate trends, and bottlenecks.<\/li><\/ul><p>Candidate Engagement<\/p><ul><li>Craft compelling outreach messaging tailored to clinical professionals.<\/li><li>Communicate role information, organizational value propositions, requirements, and hiring steps clearly.<\/li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial touchpoint through handoff to recruiters.<\/li><\/ul><p>Collaboration &amp;
