This role provides broad visibility into the full accounting cycle and offers opportunities to improve workflows and processes.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1022\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1046\"><strong data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1046\">What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"2007\"><li data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1181\"><p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1181\">Manage <strong data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1111\">full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable<\/strong>, including invoice entry, payment processing, and customer billing.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1334\"><p data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1334\">Reconcile accounts regularly, including <strong data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1293\">general ledger accounts, vendor statements, and customer balances<\/strong> to identify and resolve discrepancies.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1453\"><p data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1453\">Maintain and build <strong data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1380\">vendor relationships<\/strong> by verifying invoices and resolving billing discrepancies efficiently.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1454\" data-end=\"1577\"><p data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1577\">Assist with <strong data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1498\">month-end close activities<\/strong>, ensuring all financial data is accurate, complete, and properly documented.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1661\"><p data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1661\">Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records for compliance readiness.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1786\"><p data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1786\">Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to gather supporting information and resolve transactional discrepancies.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1787\" data-end=\"1904\"><p data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1904\">Monitor compliance with state and local regulations, including <strong data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1901\">W-9s, sales\/use tax, and vendor documentation<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"2007\"><p data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"2007\">Identify opportunities to <strong data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1968\">streamline accounting workflows<\/strong> and improve accuracy and efficiency.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2012\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2042\"><strong data-start=\"2018\" data-end=\"2042\">Basic Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2693\"><li data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2150\"><p data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2150\">Proven experience in <strong data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2091\">full-cycle accounting<\/strong>, including AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2243\"><p data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2243\">Strong understanding of <strong data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2206\">general ledger accounting<\/strong> and balance sheet reconciliations.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2244\" data-end=\"2312\"><p data-start=\"2246\" data-end=\"2312\">Proficiency with accounting software;
