This is a full-time, onsite role located in Boston, working Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with an hourly pay range of $25-$32\/hour. The company is a highly respected, fast-paced professional services organization known for delivering data-driven growth strategies and high-impact client engagements across industries. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.<\/p><p><strong> <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Support the planning and execution of external and internal events, including conferences, forums, roundtables, and webinars<\/li><li>Assist with event research, RFPs, sponsorship opportunities, and venue selection<\/li><li>Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events (room layouts, AV, catering, travel, signage, materials, and d\u00e9cor)<\/li><li>Manage sponsorship activities, vendor coordination, and hotel room blocks<\/li><li>Create and maintain event participant lists, website postings, and social media images<\/li><li>Oversee pre-, onsite, and post-event logistics and communications<\/li><li>Prepare invitations, marketing materials, nametags, gift bags, and registration materials<\/li><li>Track event feedback, attendance sources, budgets, and ROI;
