This role will support core operational accounting functions with a strong focus on month-end close, balance sheet management, internal audit support, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and a solid foundation in day-to-day accounting operations. This position is fully onsite. <\/p><p data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"700\"><strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"698\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"1388\"><li data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"851\"><p data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"851\">Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as part of the month-end close process, ensuring accurate cutoff and timely reporting.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"974\"><p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"974\">Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts, research variances, and maintain supporting schedules and documentation.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1103\"><p data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1103\">Support internal audit activities, including audit testing, documentation, and ensuring GAAP-compliant, audit-ready records.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1227\"><p data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1227\">Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash application, account reconciliations, and aging review.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1388\"><p data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1388\">Assist with the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), identifying process improvements and strengthening internal controls.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1411\"><strong data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1409\">Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1923\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><li data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1536\"><p data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1536\">Proven experience in operational accounting, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and AR functions.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1626\"><p data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1626\">Working knowledge of internal controls, audit support, and compliance best practices.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1754\"><p data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1754\">Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1923\" data-is-last-node=\"\"><p data-start=\"1757\" data-end=\"1923\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Experience with accounting systems such as Opera, BirchStreet, Blackline, or Ontrac is a plus;
