Billing:<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><h3>Support <strong>progress billing<\/strong> based on completed timesheets<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>Collaborate closely with <strong>Project Managers and field teams<\/strong> to gather accurate billing data<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Accounts Receivable &amp; Cash Application:<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><h3>Manage Canadian accounts receivable and cash application<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>Own <strong>collections efforts<\/strong>, including consistent, customer-facing follow-ups<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>Work cross-functionally with Sales to resolve outstanding balances<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>Maintain and manage AR aging (35-70 customers; &lt;100 invoices\/month)<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>Handle high-dollar invoices (some exceeding $1M)<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>Support DSO management through consistent follow-up<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) Support:<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li><h3>Perform reclassifications related to technician timesheets<\/h3><\/li><ul><li><h3>Example: reclass labor costs from OpEx to COGS<\/h3><\/li><\/ul><li><h3>Support gross profit-level accounting activities<\/h3><\/li><li><h3>Follow existing processes (documentation is limited;
