{"id":119212,"date":"2026-01-08T18:29:13","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T18:29:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1199000_1767896953-staff-accountant-los-angeles-california\/"},"modified":"2026-01-24T05:18:40","modified_gmt":"2026-01-24T05:18:40","slug":"1199000_1767896953-staff-accountant-los-angeles-california","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1199000_1767896953-staff-accountant-los-angeles-california\/","title":{"rendered":"Staff Accountant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/bhsg.com\/jobs\/job\/1199000_1767896953\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p> <\/p><p>Beacon Hill is seeking a Staff Accountant on a temp to hire basis for a creative organization. <\/p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Assist with <strong>month-end close<\/strong> processes, including preparation and posting of <strong>journal entries<\/strong><\/li><li>Perform <strong>account reconciliations<\/strong> and resolve discrepancies<\/li><li>Maintain and update <strong>general ledger accounts<\/strong><\/li><li>Support <strong>accounts payable and accounts receivable<\/strong> functions as needed<\/li><li>Prepare and analyze <strong>financial reports<\/strong> for management<\/li><li>Assist with <strong>audit preparation<\/strong> and compliance requirements<\/li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data<\/li><li>Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/strong> in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)<\/li><li><strong>2+ years of accounting experience<\/strong> in a similar role<\/li><li>Previous experience with <strong>NetSuite, Oracle, or other ERP systems<\/strong> required<\/li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>GAAP<\/strong> and standard accounting practices<\/li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Excel<\/strong> and other Microsoft Office tools<\/li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li><li>Ability to work <strong>onsite<\/strong> and collaborate with a creative team<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><br \/> This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, creative environment with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
