This role will play a key part in administering employee benefit programs, managing leave processes, supporting Workday benefits operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in benefits administration, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performing financial services environment.
